Kathy Norquist

Kathy Norquist is Randy's executive assistant. She was previously one of his secretaries when he was a pastor and has enjoyed the privilege of working with him at EPM since 1997. (See "What's Randy Like? Ask His Assistant!") Kathy handles Randy's speaking schedule and travel arrangements, interviews, correspondence, proofreading, and a variety of other tasks that free him up to write. Kathy especially enjoys helping people who might prefer to deal directly with Randy, but are left satisfied if she is able to encourage them with specific resources and help. Kathy is also on EPM's Board of Directors.

Married for over 40 years, she has two daughters, a son and nine grandchildren. When she's not working at EPM she enjoys time with her family (especially those adorable grandchildren!), baking, reading, vegetable gardening, and travel. Read more from Kathy.
