Do you have any fiction books you could recommend for the unsaved?

I have been sharing the Lord with a pretty tough agnostic. He won't read nonfiction or hardbacks but reads lots of detective novels. Thank you for any evangelistic but good reading you might recommend.

I would recommend James Scott Bell (courtroom stuff—think John Grisham) and Al Gansky (high-tech adventure—think Tom Clancy).

A guy I really like, and his books too, is Mark Mynheir, who in real life is a homicide detective. Mark’s a quality guy.

Also, there’s Ted Dekker. He’s an interesting guy who grew up as a missionary kid in Indonesia. He’s creative, and doing a lot of movie related things.

I started a book by Creston Mapes I liked, called Nobody. It has an intriguing start and is well written.

Chuck Holton writes fiction men enjoy. I’ve also been told about the books of John Laurence Robinson and Brandt Dodson, which involve detectives.
