Randy Alcorn's Blog: conservative

Christians and Politics?

How much attention should Christians give politics?I am grateful for those Christians who are called to be legislators, judges, and otherwise involved in the political arena. I am also in favor of people—in the right context—protesting injustice. On the other hand, Christians often turn politics into something too important.

Conservative, "Christian Sounding," and Truly Christian are not the same

flagI have long been concerned about the tendency for Bible believing Christians to confuse conservativism and speaking “Christian language” with a true relationship and walk with Jesus Christ. “The Least of These”: Caring for The Environment of God’s Earth

Child with clean waterWhy have so many Christians historically shied away from creation care? I think the answer is that  concern for the environment is generally regarded as part of the liberal agenda.
