When the Dog Stays at Home Alone...

Our dear friend Diane Meyer, always alert to dog videos, passed this one on to us, and we enjoyed it. Also for cat lovers, though the cat has only one action scene.

Dogs, Human Ingenuity and Delight in God

Maggie GraceOur Golden Retriever Maggie got a kick out of this video, and so did we. Makes you smile, and I believe it makes God smile. It’s a little tribute to human ingenuity, as God’s image-bearers, and to canine adorability, both reflecting the creativity and beauty of God.

Maggie Grace: A Reflection of the Goodness of the God Who Made Her

Randy and MaggieRecently when we were filming in my office, our Golden retriever Maggie, who is growing more each day, made a guest appearance. Thought I would share it with you. Maggie is a gift from God to Nanci and me. We love dogs in general and this one in particular.

Enjoying Maggie Grace

MaggieNanci and I are enjoying our first week with our new Golden Retriever puppy, Maggie Grace, who is nine weeks old. She’s pretty adorable, so I keep pulling out the camera.

Denver the Guilty Dog

By now you may have seen Denver the guilty dog. Someone sent it to me last week. If you haven’t seen it, maybe even if you have, this two minutes is worth it.

Pets: God's Gift to Us

God is so gracious to give us animals. In Genesis 1 and 2, one of the first responsibilities given to the first man and woman was to care for the animals.

Dogs, Pumpkins, and Creativity

I’m not a big fan of Halloween, but God created dogs and pumpkins and artistic people, so… I’m Randy Alcorn, and I approve these pictures:

A Dog Named Friday

Friday the dogAs you may know by now, Nanci and I love dogs. They are God’s creation, and many of us enjoy them and other pets. Nanci looks regularly at the website Dog of the Day and often emails me a link to the day’s dog. This one, about the dog named Friday, made us smile. The following is the August 27 entry. If you’re a dog lover, the story is worth reading.
