Should We Expect Doctors to Be More Ethical As They Kill Children?

Scott Klusendorf's new book, The Case for Life: The Case for Life: Equipping Christians to Engage the Culture , releases today.
After I was sent the prepub manuscript of this book, and asked to endorse it, I wrote, “Scott Klusendorf has produced a marvelous resource that will equip pro-lifers to communicate more creatively and effectively as they engage our culture. The Case for Life is well-researched, well-written, logical, and clear, containing many pithy and memorable statements. Those already pro-life will be equipped; those on the fence will likely be persuaded. Readers looking to speak up for those who cannot speak ...
My friend Denny Hartford, director of Vital Signs Ministries, brought this video to my attention on his blog. Denny writes, "Wouldn't it be nice if we could get a clear, concise and persuasive presentation of adult stem cells as being the only valid hope for Parkinson's, diabetes, and other diseases on a popular national TV program like Oprah?"
Well, it happened. Dr. Mehmet Oz, health expert on The Oprah Winfrey Show, appeared on the show earlier this month and during a segment with Oprah and actor Michael J. Fox announced that due to advances in adult stem cell ...
My blog on Barack Obama's proabortion stance, and the fact that various evangelical Christians are supporting and campaigning for him, has been getting lots of comments, some of them heated.
Yesterday I received this question in an e-mail from Faith, a godly young woman I respect very much: As a Christian, should we vote for who we think should lead our country solely based on their stance on abortion? I have been thinking about this question and I am having a hard time putting my thoughts into words.
The Catholic News Agency Online issued this remarkable report. My comments follow:
MADRID, November 13, 2008 (CNA) - The Spanish daily "La Razon" has published an article on the pro-life conversion of a former "champion of abortion." Stojan Adasevic, who performed 48,000 abortions, sometimes up to 35 per day, is now the most important pro-life leader in Serbia, after spending 26 years as the most renowned abortion doctor in the country.
“Can I Live?” is a powerful video from Nick Cannon. I was struck with the lyrics about morning sickness versus the sickness of mourning. I thank God for this message—trust me, it’s well worth four minutes of your time.
I don't often address political issues in my blog, but in light of the impact this bill could have on the prolife movement, I felt it was important to share. My friend Larry Gadbaugh, CEO of Pregnancy Resource Centers of Greater Portland, sent the following email to their constituents explaining the impact that the current federal healthcare reform bill could have on the lives of countless unborn children and their moms, and the pregnancy resource centers who serve them. Here's what he wrote:
This is the bottom line: Abortion must be explicitly excluded from the healthcare bill, or ...

Here's a great video well worth watching that one of you blog readers let me know about.
1. Tailor your presentation to your audience so that you’re speaking to them, not to yourself.
