Are any of Randy's books available as an eBook?

Can EPM recommend any churches near me?

Randy believes it is essential for people to find Bible-believing, Christ-centered churches to help them in their spiritual growth.

Can I have permission to copy a chapter out of Randy’s books for my Sunday School Class?

Eternal Perspective Ministries does not hold the copyright for most of Randy Alcorn’s books. Please contact the publisher of the book you are interested in.

Can I make returns on orders?

We prefer that you try to order the exact amount of products you need; however, we do accept returns. Please note that there will be a restocking fee on any returns.

Please include a note with the reason you are returning the product, as well as your phone number, so that we can contact you about your credit card number for refunding purposes. If you paid by check, please note that and we will send you a refund check.

How can I check the status of my order?

First, you can check to see if your check has cleared or if your credit card has been charged.  If you still have questions, you may call us at 503-668-5200, or email our bookkeeper at mary@epm.org . When you call or email, please give us the following information:

• Your name, complete address, phone number, and email address.
• The approximate date you placed the order
• How you placed your order: online, over the phone, or by mail
• What you ordered

This information will help us locate and determine the status of your order.  

How can I get a response from Randy on a personal issue?

Randy is unable to personally write or counsel individuals due to the volume of emails and letters he receives each week. However, he does have assistants who are dedicated to providing biblical answers to your questions. You may email them at info@epm.org.  

If you have a question related to a topic Randy has written on, we recommend searching our resource library to see if he has already addressed your question.

How can I get one of Randy Alcorn’s books translated into a foreign language?

Randy is always in favor of having his books translated into other languages. However, we don’t own the rights to most his books so the permission must be granted from the publisher. You may contact the publisher to let them know of your interest.
