A person has free will within the confines of who that person is. Randy Alcorn explains there are many things we cannot be or do, simply because they are not within our nature. The new nature in Heaven will be a nature that cannot sin, but this doesn't violate our free will. After all, God cannot sin but no one has greater free will than He.
