“Should we get married?” Few questions deserve more careful attention. When dreamy-eyed recklessness yanks people into marriage, the end is often conflict, disillusionment, separation, and divorce, or at best, a second-rate marriage.
Ask the enlightened American what he thinks of Christian sexual morality. To him, it’s a fossil—an antique that went out with washboards and penny candy. Who believes any more what the Bible says about sex?

We must begin by recognizing that as long as God is God and we are his creatures, there must be some unanswered prayers. This is because God keeps hidden his own wise plans for the future, and even though people pray, many events will not come about until the time that God has decreed.
This world is the closest thing to heaven unbelievers will ever experience, and the closest thing to hell believers will ever know. The promise of Heaven, where there will be no more pain and sorrow and God will wipe away the tears from every eye (Revelation 21:4), should be a great encouragement to all Christians
