Resources: healing

In Revelation 21 and 22 it refers to healing of the saints. Will we need healing in Heaven?

Revelation 21:4: I do not think this is referring to the healing of saints. To me, it is a great summary statement: the power of death and suffering is now over (1Co 15:54)—finally Death is swallowed up in victory! The shortest verse of the NT, "Jesus wept" is found in John 11. He was to be sure weeping for his friend Lazarus, but also I think for death itself and its power over creation. Post-Abortion Trauma in Men: Finding Healing for a Hidden Problem

It’s like the tip of an iceberg, a sharp, damaging, external protrusion that, no matter how much pain it inflicts, only represents the much bigger problem beneath the surface. The life context of the question is all too familiar. The issue arises in our darkest hours—in the hospital ward, in the doctor's office, when the unfavorable test results return. Our need often arises unexpectedly and then consumes us.

Does a person experience emotional healing immediately upon entering God’s presence, or is it a process?

I believe that as finite human beings who will live in space and time, we will go through a never-ending process of learning in Heaven, in that we will learn MORE as time goes on (Eph. 2:7). However, 1 Cor. 13:12 seems to suggest there will be immediate clarity of vision in God’s presence.
