Are any of Randy's books going to be made into a movie?

There has been much interest in making Randy's book Deadline into a movie. In fact, the screenplay has already been written. However, it's been put on hold by the interested parties in order to secure the needed financing. But we have no idea when or if that will ever happen. And then we don't know how the casting would occur as we would not be involved in that process. But stay tuned to our website and if anything definite happens with the movie, we will be letting our readers know.

Can EPM recommend any churches near me?

Randy believes it is essential for people to find Bible-believing, Christ-centered churches to help them in their spiritual growth.

Can I have permission to copy a chapter out of Randy’s books for my Sunday School Class?

Eternal Perspective Ministries does not hold the copyright for most of Randy Alcorn’s books. Please contact the publisher of the book you are interested in.

Can I make returns on orders?

We prefer that you try to order the exact amount of products you need; however, we do accept returns. Individual products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on any returns.

Send your returns to: Eternal Perspective Ministries, Attention: Bookkeeper, 39085 Pioneer Blvd., Suite 206, Sandy, Oregon 97055.

Please include a note with the reason you are returning the product, as well as your phone number, so that we can contact you about your credit card number for refunding purposes. If you paid by check, please note that and we will send you a refund check.

Can I reprint or reproduce an article from your website in my publication or on my website?

Feel free to reproduce and distribute any articles written by Randy Alcorn, in part or in whole, in any format, provided that you do not alter the wording in any way or charge a fee beyond the cost of reproduction. It is our desire to spread this information, not protect or restrict it.

Does EPM recommend organizations to give to?

Does EPM sell ebooks for all of Randy’s titles?

At this time, we only offer ebooks for Randy’s graphic novel Eternity (Kindle, ePub, and pdf formats).

Ebooks for most of Randy’s other titles are available from www.christianbook.com and many other ebook retailers. 

How can I check the status of my order?

First, you can check to see if your check has cleared or if your credit card has been charged.  If you still have questions, you may call us at 503-668-5200, or email our bookkeeper at bookkeeper@epm.org. When you call or email, please give us the following information:

  • Your name, complete address, phone number, and email address.
  • The approximate date you placed the order
  • How you placed your order: online, over the phone, or by mail
  • What you ordered

This information will help us locate and determine the status of your order.  

How can I get a response from Randy on a personal issue?

Randy is unable to personally write or counsel individuals due to the volume of emails and letters he receives each week. However, he does have assistants who are dedicated to providing biblical answers to your questions. You may email them at info@epm.org.  

If you have a question related to a topic Randy has written on, we recommend searching our resource library to see if he has already addressed your question.
