How can I check the status of my order?

First, you can check to see if your check has cleared or if your credit card has been charged.  If you still have questions, you may call us at 503-668-5200, or email our bookkeeper at bookkeeper@epm.org. When you call or email, please give us the following information:

  • Your name, complete address, phone number, and email address.
  • The approximate date you placed the order
  • How you placed your order: online, over the phone, or by mail
  • What you ordered

This information will help us locate and determine the status of your order.
