In Heaven, will questions of little or no eternal significance such as, “How does gravity work?” continue to interest us, or will we not even remember or care?

I think questions about the natural world help us know God better, since Romans 1 says he reveals himself to us in creation. We will not be infinite, so we'll never know everything, but we will understand a great deal more than we do now. So I'd say we won't automatically know answers to a question like gravity, but we will be capable of learning the answers. We do know we will be learning about God and His wonders throughout eternity (Eph. 2:7).
