I am a Hispanic, a female who is a member of an online Hispanic community. The members are discussing abortion and I am simply at the end of my rope (after being attacked for being conservative and having to defend myself on many, other points)! They’ve started an opinion board, after first reminding us that we need to “respect each others’ opinions,” about abortion. Before I could get to respond to the 100% pro-abortion opinions, women starting discussing their personal experiences with abortion and how they made great choices and now I feel disarmed. If I am to make any comments, I will be booted off and criticized for sure (which wouldn’t be so bad), because I will be “judging” those who killed babies.
Many abortion providers cannot escape the fact that abortion is the taking of a life—the killing of a baby.

One common point of contention in the abortion debate is the subject of informed consent. Members of the Pro-Life faction have introduced legislation to make sure that a woman is well-informed before her abortion. Pro-Choice activists claim the laws are not needed and are demeaning towards women, or even a thinly veiled attempt to make abortion more difficult for women to attain. These are quotes by former clinic workers. These people have left the abortion business for various reasons. Many have left because they decided that abortion is wrong, and some are now part of the pro-life movement. Most of these quotes are from private interviews by pro-life organizations.
