Theological Questions to Ask a Ministry You’re Considering Supporting

In Randy’s article 19 Questions to Ask Before You Give to Any Organization, he suggests asking, “Is this ministry biblically sound and Christ-centered?” Here are some questions we have asked organizations to gain more clarity about their beliefs:

1. What does your ministry believe about the inerrancy of the Bible?

2. Does your ministry believe in the Trinity? That God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Spirit are equally and fully God? Does your ministry believe that through the incarnation Jesus was fully God and fully man?

3. What does your ministry believe about salvation? Will all people be saved? How does one receive salvation?

4. Does your ministry believe that the saved will experience eternal life and the unsaved eternal hell?

5. What does your ministry believe about the sanctity of human life and abortion?
