Indeed, all three members of the trinity are present in those last two chapters of Revelation. Scripture is clear: one day, no longer will there be any separation between Heaven and Earth.

Carrying the burden of guilt for this decision, which was made as part of stewarding your pet, can keep you from experiencing the abundant life God has for you. We should experience guilt for sinful choices (and even then, we are to take our guilt to Jesus so we can experience His forgiveness and peace). However, your choice was not a sinful one.

It’s so easy for us to take what we know here in this present life, and think that what’s in Heaven will be a copy or derivative of our present experience. But it’s more accurate to view things like marriage now as a shadow of the true reality.

I can see what you’re saying about that almost sounding creepy. But that certainly isn’t what Randy is conveying. Here is what else he has written that I hope might help.

Writing about this verse, Randy says, “‘All things’ is broad and comprehensive (ESV, NASB, LSB, NCV). Of all things in Heaven and on Earth, absolutely nothing will be left out. All will be brought under the rule of Jesus (with the specific, designated exceptions of fallen angels and people who reject salvation in Christ).”

Randy does think that on the New Earth, in the ages to came, we’ll learn how God answered our prayers. He writes: “We anticipate Heaven, where we’ll learn God’s breath-taking answers to our prayers, including many that seemed unheard and ignored.”

As with so many other questions about Heaven, it’s good to be reminded that God has only good things ahead for His children. Everything broken will be healed in His presence, including our past hurts over insensitive comments, and our disappointments over our appearance and personality.

I think you might be confusing the word “mortal” with “finite.” We will no longer be mortal (subject to death) on the New Earth like we are presently. God’s gift of eternal life in Him means we will be immortal and live forever with Him.

Treatment for a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy is NOT an abortion. It is very important that we use precise language when are talking about these subjects.
