What Is the Biblical Basis for Animals Being in Heaven?

In this clip from his interview on the Love the Bible podcast, Randy shares biblical arguments for animals, and possibly even our pets, being on the New Earth after the resurrection.

Randy visited Tyndale House to celebrate the 20^th anniversary of his book Heaven. While there, he was interviewed by his friend Carol Traver at a staff gathering. They talk about his writing and the impact of the Heaven book, as well as some personal stories from Randy. It is a fun conversation with a lot of laughs.

Animals aren’t humans, but they have personalities and display love and affection, and God creates a great bond between us and them. I believe this love of animals is God-given, part of the way He wired us as stewards of His creation.
