We Shall See God on Audio

Randy recording audioI have seldom so much enjoyed putting a book together as I did We Shall See God. (See my previous post for more on Spurgeon and why I decided to compile the book.)

When Oasis Audio asked me to read the audio version of We Shall See God, I replied, “Yes, under one condition—that you get a great voice actor with a British accent to read the Spurgeon part. Then I’ll just read my own. No way can I read Spurgeon.” Well, they got award-winning audio reader Simon Vance, and he did a wonderful job! Here is the first of 50 entries, which follows my introduction in which I talk about Spurgeon and explain the book. It’s entitled “Dying is But Going Home”:

You can download the audiobook from christianaudio.

I’ve been encouraged as I’ve read the positive reviews of the book. If you enjoy reading (or listening to) We Shall See God half as much as I enjoyed compiling it and writing my follow-ups and comments on Spurgeon’s thoughts, then I will be pleased!

This book is incredible. I'm only through day 6 out of 50 days of devotionals and I love it! This book will bring renewed comfort, joy, peace and hope each day. I have already ordered 5 more copies to give away to recently widowed friends. —G.D.

Readers young and old, those familiar with Spurgeon or not, will learn, grow, and be in awe of his words concerning Heaven—every Christian's future and permanent home. —M.H.
